Technology moves at one pace. Your organisation moves at another.

We close the distance. Strategy, architecture and the change itself, designed so your people and AI each do what they do best.

The real challenge isn't awareness. It's effective execution.

Most organisations are past the question of whether AI matters. The challenge now is making it work inside the reality of how people actually operate. And that challenge runs deeper than most expect.

It's not only about adoption. It starts earlier. The organisations seeing real results aren't the ones that moved fastest. They're the ones that asked better questions before choosing their tools: where does AI create the most value for our specific work? What does our team need to thrive alongside it? How does this change the way we lead, collaborate, and make decisions?

Without that foundation, even good tools underperform. With it, the transformation compounds. That's the space Meridian works in.

Where organisations actually are

Rarely a straight line.

  1. Not started

    Watching, for now

  2. Tools rolled out

Licences arrive, the work stays the same

  3. Pockets of valuable use

Some teams further ahead than others

  4. Workflows redesigned

Rebuilt around what people and AI do best

  5. A HumanAI workplace

People and AI, each doing what they do best

Wherever you are on this line is a normal place to be.

How we work

  • The Meridian Transformation

A structured, multi-month engagement that starts with leadership and expands across the organisation. We begin with a deep assessment of how your teams work, where AI creates the most value, and what your people need to thrive alongside it. Then we stay through execution: workflow redesign, behavioural change, and measurable impact tracking.

  • Meridian Coaching

Structured coaching for professionals building AI into their daily work. Whether you're an executive, product owner, or senior specialist, this is practical capability-building designed to fit within your organisation's professional development investment. The kind of skill that compounds over time.

  • Meridian Bridge

A one-day workshop built around your team, not a generic agenda. Before the day, we learn where every participant stands with AI and what they want to achieve. The workshop is then designed around your team's specific reality, fluency level, and goals. By the end of the day, every person leaves with a personal AI workflow map, and the team leaves with a shared opportunity assessment and a concrete forward plan.

Built on real delivery, across four countries

Meridian was founded by Isabela Bolotti, an engineer and program leader with over 11 years of experience delivering AI and digital transformation in the life sciences industry. Her work has spanned global AI programs, technology partnerships with Microsoft and Siemens, and the rollout of digital solutions across 100+ production lines.

She's seen firsthand what makes AI transformation succeed, and what makes it stall. The pattern is always the same: it's not the technology. It's how people are brought along. Meridian was built on that conviction.

Meridian is now a team. Partners in Sweden, Denmark, Spain, and Brazil bring behavioural psychology, life sciences regulatory depth, sector expertise, and engineering. An advisory board meets quarterly. And the methodology runs on Meridian's own systems, so every engagement is delivered to the same standard, whoever is in the room.

European-based. Human-first. Grounded in real delivery.

A partner network with presence in Sweden, Denmark, Spain, and Brazil, supported by an advisory board.
