Who you are working with
Meridian was founded by Isabela Bolotti, an engineer and program leader who was leading teams that developed and scaled AI systems before the current AI wave. Machine learning and computer vision solutions in regulated production, scaled across more than 100 production lines in several countries. Technology partnerships, co-innovating with Microsoft and Siemens. Eleven years of making complex systems work inside large organisations, where the requirements are strict and the consequences are real.
That work taught her what most AI advice still misses. Transformation takes both halves. The architecture, the data foundation, the workflows redesigned around what people and AI each do best. And the human side: how teams build confidence, how leaders model the change, how a new way of working actually takes hold and leads to tangible value. Most organisations can find help with one half.
