Our approach
Meridian's approach to AI transformation was built from experience inside one of the world's most complex, regulated industries: life sciences. Every engagement is grounded in HumanAI, a philosophy that places human capability at the centre of how organisations adopt AI. The methodology is structured enough for environments where compliance and precision matter, and human enough for environments where people need to feel safe to change.

The Meridian Transformation
A structured, multi-month engagement that begins with leadership and expands across the organisation. This is Meridian's core offer, a complete transformation architecture, from strategy to execution and measurable delivery.
Meridian Coaching
Individual or small-group coaching for professionals building AI into their daily work. Whether you're an executive navigating strategic decisions, a product owner redesigning workflows, or a specialist looking to multiply your output, this is a structured programme, with practical capability-building designed to fit within your organisation's professional development investment.
Every coaching engagement starts by understanding the person: where you are today, what you want to achieve, how you learn best, and what fits your pace and context. The programme is then designed around you, not around a fixed curriculum.
What it covers
- Personal AI workflow design, identifying where AI creates the most leverage in your specific role
- Hands-on practice with tools and prompting frameworks
- Decision-making support, using AI to think more clearly, not just faster
- A structured programme you can point to when your manager asks what you're building
Meridian Bridge
A one-day workshop for teams ready to move from curiosity to real capability.
Every Bridge starts before the day itself. Meridian talks with the commissioning leader and gathers input from each team member to understand the team's AI fluency, concerns, and goals. The workshop is then customised around that specific team's starting point.
The day moves through four stages: an opening conversation that establishes where the team stands and what they want to achieve; a hands-on building phase where participants work with real AI tools on their actual workflows; a reflection stage where each person considers what they bring to their work that AI cannot replace; and a forward-planning session that translates the day into concrete next steps.
Every participant leaves with a Personal AI Workflow Map showing where AI creates the most value in their specific role. The team leaves with a shared AI Opportunity Assessment and a Bridge Forward Plan with clear owners and a review date. The commissioning leader receives a facilitator summary with observations and recommendations.
Meridian Bridge works for teams at any AI fluency level. The workshop adapts to where the team is, whether they're building their first prompts or ready to redesign entire workflows.
